Who is this training for?

This training programme is aimed at anyone wishing to improve their speaking skills during interactions with the media, with a particular focus on radio interviews. It is particularly suited to corporate spokespeople, public figures, politicians, experts and communications professionals.

Crisis Communication

  • Preparing for and managing media crisis situations
  • Use of communication tools to avoid mix-ups
